You'll play a critical part in strategically planning, executing, and optimizing TikTok ad campaigns to drive client brand growth and maximize return on ad spend.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Strategic Campaign Planning: Design and launch TikTok ad campaigns, configuring targeting options, creatives, bidding strategies, and scheduling to meet specific objectives.
* Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and engagement rates to assess campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
* Reporting: Deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports to clients by the 2nd of each month, including insights on KPIs, ad spend, and suggested optimizations for continuous improvement.
* Audience Expansion: Expand retargeting audience pools every quarter by leveraging lookalike and custom audiences on TikTok to reach more qualified prospects.
* Industry Awareness: Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor activities to ensure your strategies are effective and current.
