Market Research & Financial Analyst

Sunrise Recovery is a premier provider of addiction treatment services, dedicated to offering compassionate, comprehensive care. We’re seeking a Market Research & Financial Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and in-depth competitor research. This role will focus on examining industry trends, especially the impact of evolving telehealth regulations on addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research in the addiction treatment sector, focusing on telehealth services involving controlled substances.
- Benchmark competitor pricing, reimbursement policies, and telehealth service structures, especially those offering Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP).
- Research state-specific regulations in Indiana, Kentucky, and neighboring states to assess how telehealth services comply with DEA guidelines for controlled substances.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning based on findings.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management, specifically around pricing models, reimbursement trends, and compliance strategies.
- Stay updated on ndustry trends and regulatory changes affecting telehealth services in the addiction treatment field.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and market research in healthcare.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to conduct detailed competitor analysis, with an emphasis on pricing models, telehealth operations, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of telehealth regulations and experience with addiction treatment services.
- Experience with data visualization and report-building tools.
