Land Acquisitions Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Home Acquisitions. Land Manager to join our
dynamic land investment team.

• Property Sourcing and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential land
properties for acquisition through various channels, including online listings, auctions, direct
outreach, and partnerships.
• Property Evaluation: Conduct preliminary assessments of properties, including
site visits, to determine suitability based on location, zoning, market potential, and investment
goals.
• Negotiations: Negotiate purchase agreements with landowners, ensuring
favorable terms and conditions.

• Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence, including verifying zoning
regulations, checking title and deed history, and assessing environmental concerns.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
landowners, real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

• Financial Management: Prepare cost estimates, financial projections, and
investment return analyses for potential acquisitions.

• Strategic Planning: Monitor market conditions, analyze competitor activities, and
provide insights to develop effective acquisition strategies.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including sales,
marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth acquisition processes.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of acquisition activities and prepare regular
reports for senior management on progress, performance, and market insights.
