The Role
We are currently recruiting for a clinic coordinator responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the clinic. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and energetic, with a ‘can-do’ approach and keen to take on a broad range of tasks with the drive to constantly improve the patient experience.
You will play a key support role in ensuring seamless business operations, professional presentation of the clinic in communication, documentation and as the first point of contact for patients.

Responsibilities
Managing bookings, payments, and correspondence, liaising with patients and doctors, and ensuring effective and efficient practice systems.
Responding to inbound communications on multiple platforms (phone,
Acting as a point of contact between patients and doctors, responding to enquiries and escalating where required.
Maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive medical records
Providing quality customer service to patients.
Other clerical and administration tasks such as creating patient files and data entry as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience juggling multiple tasks, while being completely at ease with technology and working online
Previous experience in an administrative role in a medical or allied health service highly regarded but not required
Patient-oriented, outgoing and friendly with a professional and approachable communication style.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone etiquette (Proficiency in English).
Excellent skills in the use of applications such as Microsoft programs, practice management software, and telehealth programs (highly regarded but not required).
Attention to detail, effective time management, and commitment to improving customer service.
Strong sense of personal integrity and confidentiality with the ability to work independently while being a part of a remote team.
