Rex Visual Services is a real estate media company based in Atlanta, Georgia and we are in search of a skilled Real Estate Media Editor to join our team.

The pay for this position is $30 - $70 per project (pay depends on complexity of project)
The hours will be up to 10/week (potential for more as we enter peak season)

As a Real Estate Media Editor for Rex Visual Services, you will be responsible for editing standard profile and log footage as well as ground and aerial footage to create a variety of video content like:
Home tours
Agent home walkthroughs
Client testimonials, On camera agent home walkthroughs
Closing day highlight videos
Short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Interview style videos for social media

Your day-to-day duties will consist of:
Checking our project management software (Upgrade to see actual info) for any new job assignments
Reviewing the instructions for the project
Executing on the completion of the video by the deadline
Sending it back to our team lead for review and approval
Completing any necessary revisions
Delivering the final video to our clients using our CRM (Tonomo)

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, creative, and able to communicate well with our team. The ability to deliver by crucial deadlines is also essential. Sufficient English skills to read, understand, and craft appropriate responses to our team
Proficiency in at least one of the following video editing softwares - Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro (Adobe After Effects would be a plus, but not necessary)
Familiarity with project management software like Upgrade to see actual info and communication software like Slack is also a plus, but not mandatory
