As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients who are a good fit for our high-value offerings. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, set appointments, and drive revenue growth. This position requires a seasoned sales professional who is comfortable with consultative selling and has a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
Engage with leads through calls,
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's business challenges and align our solutions to their needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network and represent the company.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2C sales.
Proven track record of successfully closing high-ticket items (e.g., enterprise software, luxury goods, premium services, etc.).
Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to drive deals from initial contact to close.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track sales activities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
