Project Manager | Social Media Marketing

Social Realtr is a fast-growing social media marketing agency that specializes in creating high-quality content for real estate professionals. We are dedicated to helping our clients establish a strong online presence and engage their target audience effectively.


What you will be doing as the Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage content creation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with Content Creators to develop and execute content calendars for assigned clients.
- Ensure content quality and consistency across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Conduct regular check-ins with Content Creators to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to develop content strategies.
- Manage client communications and expectations, providing regular updates on project status.
- Analyze project performance & analytics and implement improvements as needed.
- Handle a creative team.
- Execute performance evaluations to Content Creators.


What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in project management/social media marketing or management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a creative team
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Asana)
- Strong knowledge on social media platforms and content creation processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
