Key Responsibilities:

-Manage online customer reviews and build a positive brand presence across all channels.

Client Engagement & Front Desk Duties:

-Answer client inquiries and schedule appointments over the phone and in person.
-Greet clients warmly and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
-Assist with product recommendations, upselling services, and handling transactions.

Operational Support

-Maintain a well-organized reception area and manage client check-ins/check-outs.
-Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
-Assist in tracking inventory and supplies to support daily business needs.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and basic content creation.
