SEO Specialist

Strategic Planning: An SEO Specialist often collaborates with marketing teams, web developers, and content creators to develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Technical SEO: They have the authority to conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues affecting website performance, and recommend solutions to improve website structure, speed, and accessibility.

Content Optimization: SEO Specialists have the authority to optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page copy, to improve keyword relevance and search engine visibility.

Keyword Research: They are responsible for conducting keyword research to identify high-value keywords, search trends, and opportunities for content optimization.

Link Building: SEO Specialists may have the authority to manage link-building campaigns, including outreach, relationship building, and acquiring backlinks from authoritative websites.

Reporting and Analysis: They have the authority to monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console. They are also authorized to create reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Training and Education: Depending on the organization, SEO Specialists may have the authority to provide training and guidance to other team members on SEO best practices and techniques.

Compliance and Guidelines: SEO Specialists ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices, such as Google's Webmaster Guidelines, and have the authority to enforce these standards within the organization.

Continuous Improvement: They have the authority to suggest and implement improvements based on industry trends, algorithm updates, and changes in search engine behavior to maintain and enhance website performance over time.


Education and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist
Strong English skills, both written and verbal
Experience with both and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
Preferably based in Manila
