Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Project Manager / Executive Assistant to handle complex tasks, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and contribute to continuous improvement. This role is for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, is tech-savvy, and can effortlessly juggle a variety of tasks.

Job Details:
- Position Type: Long-term, part-time
- Hours: 4 hours per day, during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time)

About Us:
We are a growing, vertically integrated real estate firm investing in real estate, developing land, and managing construction projects in the USA.

Qualifications:
- Background in Engineering or equivalent experience (preferably Civil Engineering or IT)
- Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage diverse tasks and switch seamlessly between areas of work
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Additional Desirable Skills: SQL, graphic design tools (Upgrade to see actual info ), AutoCAD, SketchUp, WordPress, MS Project, Trello. Please make sure to mention in your letter any experince with these or simiarl tools. A willingness to learn at least some of these tools would be critical.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager / Executive Assistant, you will assist the firm's owner with various tasks essential to a vertically integrated real estate firm. Key responsibilities include:

Project Management
- Define projects and conduct economic evaluations
- Plan and track project progress

Real Estate Purchasing and Sales
- Data collection, market research, and property underwriting
- Cold calling and marketing support
- Advertising, listings, and database management

Civil Engineering
- Design and project management
- Manage bids and contracting
- Procure supplies and materials

Management Support
- Task management, scheduling, and tracking
- Handle accounting and bill payments

Finance
- Draft contracts and finance-related documents

Legal Support
- Do research and track legal cases
Information Technology
- Database management and website development (WordPress)
- General data management
