The Farm Soho offers affordable coworking spaces in NYC, with private offices and full-floor office and event spaces. We offer online marketing and coworking consultancy. We have an online team with a variety of clients and we are now looking for a talented Virtual Assistant / Customer Support to join our remote working team. The hired person must have the ability to work well remotely within a global team and must have an in-depth understanding of software, technology, and preferably digital marketing skills, as well as C2 level English and extensive knowledge of English and American culture.
The position includes but is not limited to:
• Learning our products and services,
• Providing customer & tech support, and lead qualification via live chat and
• Implementing sales marketing processes with technology and assisting with process optimizations
• 3rd Party lead generation websites update and maintenance on a weekly basis
• Joining business calls in the NYC timezone
• Taking notes and creating call summaries

• Schedule calendar invites
We will hire and train individuals to conduct outreach and other recurring tasks which will help to optimize all day-to-day processes of the company.
The ideal candidate must have:
• At least 2 years of experience working remotely
• Working experience with or at a US company is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written level of English (preferred C2)
• Typing speed must be above 45 WPM
• Prior start-up culture is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and report to superiors
• Must know how to use Google Sheets and other Google Drive apps
• Must be tech-savvy
• Understanding of Trello, Monday,
