How you’ll make a difference
1) Investment Strategy Development: You’ll be at the heart of shaping our investment strategy, analyzing opportunities and collaborating with our team to pinpoint value-rich locations with potential for growth.
2) Due Diligence & Underwriting: You’ll dive into every detail of potential investments, conducting thorough due diligence and underwriting to ensure each property aligns with our goals and promises maximum ROI.
3) Investor Presentations & Memorandums: You’ll craft compelling investment memos and presentations that clearly outline the potential of each deal, keeping our investors engaged and informed every step of the way.
4) Financial Modeling: You’ll build and refine financial models, breaking down complex data into insights that guide our decision-making and drive value for our equity partners.
5) Business Plan Execution: You’ll oversee and execute the business plans for each new investment, ensuring we’re on track to meet or exceed our value-add targets.

What we’re looking for
1) 2-5 years of experience in finance
2) Strong financial modeling (Argus or Excel)
3) College graduate
4) Fluent English speaker with minimal to no accent
