First Direct is looking for a Full Time Graphic Designer

First Direct is looking for a Graphic Designer. who has a strong background in Developing Design Strategy, Executing Design Strategy, Social Media Posts, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite. Of interest is design experience for Direct Mail pieces, and Digital Ads for desktop and mobile display.

This person will be an outgoing individual who is proactive and is looking for opportunities to grow within a company.

The right candidate will be a quick thinker who enjoys adapting to an always evolving environment. This ‘intrepreneur’ will be working in conjunction with others on our Client Marketing Support team consisting of Marketing Coordinator, Client Support, and our management team.

Requirements
Stable Internet Connection
Ability to work 8AM to 5Pm Central Standard Time (9PM to 6AM PHP Time)

Experience:
- Direct Mail Piece Design, Digital Ad Design
- Graphic design: 3 year (Required)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 3 year (Required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 3 year (Required)
- Adobe Photoshop: 3 year (Required)
- Adobe Indesign: 3 year (Required)

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Assistant to determine production vision.
- Edit video footage using modern editing programs Adobe CC (Premier Pro and After Effects), Blender
- Creating editing content for digital across many different platforms
- Design engaging ad sets for both client and internal projects
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Keep on top of digital marketing/social media trends to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Facilitate scaling brand and client and company awareness through various social media channels

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Proven work experience as an editor
- Ability to work fast under tight deadlines
- Experience in other marketing applications such as ClickFunnels and similar products, Zapier, Google Data Studio, and Canva.
- Mid-level and above proficiency of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects, and Premiere Pro
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
- Detail oriented and keeps record of all footage and photos, and processes
- Proficient in O365, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Zoho Projects
- Self-motivated and resourceful; wants to take initiative, sees a need and creates a solution
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various functions at multiple levels in the organization enthusiastically both in-person and in writing
- Understanding of Code (CSS, HTML)
