Remote Cold Caller {No accent}

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and results-oriented Remote Cold Caller from the Philippines to join our team and specialize in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a friendly yet persuasive communication style, a neutral accent, and fluency in English.

Some real estate knowledge is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This is a remote position with a base salary of $5 per hour to start and the opportunity to grow within our company.

Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate sector to introduce our services.

* Engage in persuasive and friendly conversations, effectively communicating service benefits.

* Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM with relevant information after each call.

* Build rapport with prospective clients and set appointments for follow-up.

* Assist with client inquiries, provide basic real estate information, and answer questions confidently.

Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and fluent English.

* Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate.

* Comfortable working remotely and independently from a quiet, professional home office setup.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, persuasive attitude.

* Familiarity with real estate terminology or processes is a plus.

* Availability to work CST hours (9 AM - 5 PM). That is 10 PM to 7 AM in the Philippines (Philippine Standard Time, PHT)
