Executive VA - Recruiting and Lead Generation - Real Experience Required - Day Shift / Night Shift

We are a multi-million dollar e-commerce company in California, US and we are looking for an experienced executive VA, who is not afraid to learn new things everyday, for our e-commerce business.

This is a high-growth position. You must be a self-starter and love to learn new things!

Two main tasks for this position:

1. HR recruiting: You must have prior experience with identifying real-world talents in different specialties and developing an HR process from scratch to find talents

2 Real world lead generation experience at least 3 years, using various method, i.e. email marketing, social media, linkedin, etc to generate leads for B2C and B2B sales.
