Drew Lewis, PC exclusively represents employees in high stakes litigation involving sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and other employment disputes. The Firm is one of the few employment law firms that holds employers accountable by making them defend their unlawful conduct to juries. Each employee we represent is assigned to a team of lawyers and professional staff who are charged with leading the fight to obtain the fair compensation our clients are entitled to.
We are looking for a Client Intake Coordinator to join our litigation team. Candidates should have at least one to two years of experience working with a professional services firm. The Client Intake Coordinator is responsible for client intake and onboarding. This is a full-time (M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST) position.
Duties include:
Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients to gather information and schedule calls with the Managing Attorney.
Following up with new clients after their call with the Managing Attorney to provide information about the next steps in the onboarding process.
Communicating with clients during the onboarding process to request, collect, and organize documents and information.
Actively manage the pipeline of potential new clients in the Firm’s case management system.
Assisting with trial and mediation preparation, as needed.
Other tasks and projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
The ability to organize and manage large amounts of tasks and information.
Previous experience in a professional setting.
