Position: Operations Manager (Remote)
About Us:
We are a gutter cleaning company that provides rain gutter cleaning services for apartment complexes across 22 states. Our team generates all leads in-house, and we partner with subcontractors to perform the work. We have a dynamic team of 7 Virtual Assistants who manage everything from customer support to CRM, data collection, invoicing, and sales.

We need an operations manager to help us create structure around these two teams.
Our Problem:
We are growing extremely fast but lack operational and management expertise Our issues are in two areas:
It is difficult to manage the customer team. We onboarded 3 people to manage phone and
We have many different jobs we need to fulfill. We use a combination of subs we trust but sometimes need to contact new subcontractors via text and phone.This is all outbound. We need someone who can manage the team responsible for performing outreach to the subcontractors. This means prioritizing our outreach plan (which areas do we dedicate the most time to), ensuring trust is created with new subcontractors, following up with them, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create systems (both people and software) around the management of the two teams
-Create ways to evaluate the performance of other employees (accountability)
-Manage the tasks, workflows, and operations
What You Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant to an entrepreneur. You have helped a business owner build something for the first time.
-2-3 years of management experience. Preferred in a call center or customer service environment.
-2-3 years of operations experience.
-CURIOSITY around the problems we are trying to solve.
