JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly-skilled Project Manager, Digital Marketing to manage and oversee client projects within a digital marketing agency setting. Strong candidates for this role will have 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically within digital marketing agencies serving clients in the United States.


You will work alongside a dynamic team of marketers and ad specialists to intake and manage tasks from client projects, ensuring all necessary information is captured and tracking their progress. You must have strong proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other key advertising platforms.

Please understand that our target market includes US-based businesses looking for effective digital marketing solutions.

You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, and you will be part of a team primarily working in the United States. This is a full-time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company.

Oversee the intake of client projects and manage tasks, ensuring all necessary details are documented for effective execution.
Track the progress of various tasks and manage team priorities to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with team members to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
Occasionally make adjustments within Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms based on project needs.
Manage client communications, primarily via email, to provide updates, request additional information, and address any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine project workflows and improve task efficiency.
Perform research on strategy (e.g. light keyword research) and competitor analysis for campaign proposals.
Provide support for client meetings by preparing performance reports and strategy updates.
Asses project blockers and work on solutions
Other tasks include; screening & onboarding freelancers for projects (training will be provided)

Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management within a digital marketing agency setting.
Strong understanding or hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on detail-oriented task management.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborating with a US-based team.
Experience with client communication, particularly through email.
Experience with project management tools

Monday through Friday: 8 am to 5 pm CST/CDT (with 1 hour break)
The employee can take a total of 10 days off per year for Holidays and can choose between US Holidays and their country’s holidays based on their personal needs and the business’s needs.
Employees will earn paid time off based on tenure with the business.
