Part-Time Business Operations Manager for Swim School

Job Description:
We are a small but growing swim school looking for a Business Operations Manager who can oversee all aspects of our daily operations. This is a part-time, remote role (20-25 hours a week), and we’re seeking someone with strong experience in business operations and management to help streamline our processes and drive growth.

As our Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team, improving business systems, and ensuring smooth operations. Your work will directly impact our success, and in return, we offer commission-based bonuses based on the performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Recruit, manage, and coordinate with freelancers (web designers, marketing specialists, customer service reps, etc.).
Operations Oversight: Implement and manage systems for client bookings, scheduling, payments, and overall business efficiency.
Marketing and Growth: Oversee marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC ads, and social media, to drive client acquisition and retention.
Client Relations: Ensure high client satisfaction by managing customer service operations and addressing client feedback.
Financial Reporting: Track and report on monthly revenue, business performance, and team productivity.

Compensation:
Part-time position: 20-25 hours per week.
Salary: $400 to $600 per month, depending on experience.
Commission: Monthly bonuses will be provided based on the business's performance, calculated from revenue reports.
Bonuses: As the business grows and performs well, we will reward the team with additional bonuses.

Requirements:
Proven experience in business operations or management roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO and PPC ads.
Ability to create and manage efficient business systems and processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
