JOB OVERVIEW

We are an internationally recognized brand in the world of padel, offering top-tier coaching, exclusive content, and a dynamic online community. Our mission is to inspire and educate players of all levels through engaging social media content and professionally edited video material. We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager and Video Editor to join our team and help amplify our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Content Posting & Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and post content regularly across all social media channels, ensuring optimal timing for engagement.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, direct messages, and interactions on social platforms, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and report on the success of campaigns to optimize future efforts.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in messaging and tone, aligning with our brand identity and values.
Video Editing:
• Video Content Creation: Edit high-quality video content, including short-form videos (reels, TikToks), educational clips, podcasts, and highlight reels.
• Creative Editing: Incorporate engaging elements such as captions, graphics, animations, and music to make content more dynamic and visually appealing.
• Content Optimization: Tailor videos for different social media platforms (aspect ratios, durations, etc.) and ensure they meet platform-specific guidelines.
• Raw Footage Management: Organize and manage raw video footage, ensuring an efficient workflow from shooting to publishing.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the content creators, coaches, and marketing team to understand the video content’s goals and deliver on creative briefs.

Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years in social media management and video editing (experience with sports content is a plus).
• Proficiency: Expert knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Creative Eye: Strong ability to craft visually compelling content that aligns with our brand aesthetics.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
