We’re looking for a top-tier Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper to take charge of our financial processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance every step of the way. What You'll Be Doing:
*Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
*Prepare advanced financial reports and analyze data.
*Manage payroll processing, ensuring tax compliance and accuracy.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Work with the team to refine and streamline accounting processes.

What You MUST Bring to the Table:
*3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (no exceptions).
*QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification – You know QuickBooks inside and out. (MANDATORY)
*CPA Qualification – Your expertise speaks for itself.
*Advanced Financial Reporting Skills – You can crunch numbers like a pro.
*Payroll Management Expertise – Payroll and taxes are second nature to you.
*Experience with Xero & MYOB – Bonus points for multiple software experience.
*Impeccable Attention to Detail – You never let an error slip by.
*Ability to Work Independently – Self-starter, problem-solver, and results-driven.
*Three (3) Credible Professional References – We need to hear from those who know your greatness.

Compensation: Starting pay is $8 - $13 per hour..
