We’re an Australian startup seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive compelling copywriting, content marketing, and performance-driven campaigns across digital, in-store, and trade marketing. This role requires a blend of copywriting expertise, strategic marketing execution, and campaign management to enhance brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Strategy
- Develop, execute, and oversee all marketing campaigns across digital,
- Work with distributors to develop marketing strategies that improve product adoption and sales
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design & Social Media tea
2. Copywriting & Content Creation
Write all marketing copy (excluding social media), including:
- Ad copy for Google, Meta

- Landing pages and website content focused on conversions
- Distributor marketing materials (brochures, POS displays, co-branded materials)
- Press releases and media outreach
- SEO-driven blog posts (minimum 1 per month) to enhance brand authority and search rankings
3. SEO & Performance Optimisation
- Implement SEO best practices across website, blog, and ad copy
- Track performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot, and provide a monthly performance report
- Conduct A/B testing on content and campaigns for continuous improvement
4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Create, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Develop and refine retargeting strategies to improve lead conversion
- Oversee audience segmentation and targeting for ad campaigns

- Optimise lead nurturing sequences to increase conversions and retention
6. Influencer & Trade Marketing Support
- Lead and oversee the influencer marketing strategy (in collaboration with the General Manager)
- Identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach
- Assist with in-store promotions, trade events, and distributor marketing materials
Support & Collaboration
- Graphic Design & Social Media Tea
- General Manager ? Oversees marketing strategies and performance outcomes
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on copywriting, campaign management, and digital marketing
- Proven success in paid advertising and conversion optimisation
- Proficiency in SEO,
- Strong ability to write persuasive, high-converting marketing copy
Availability
- 5 hours/day, Monday–Thursday (Philippine time), with potential for more ad-hoc hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
