JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic wedding entertainment agency, specializing in high-end performances, including live music and DJ services for unforgettable weddings and events. Additionally, Brandon, a renowned entertainment musician, has built a strong personal brand as an entertainer, performing at private events across the globe.

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor and Social Media Content Creator/Manager to manage and grow our digital presence, produce engaging video content, and enhance both the agency's and my personal brand's visibility across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw video footage from live events, performances, and behind-the-scenes content into compelling and high-quality video content for social media, websites, and promotional use.

Content Creation: Develop creative concepts, shoot video when needed, and produce visually appealing social media content (videos, reels, stories, and posts) that align with our brand.

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) for both the agency and my personal brand. This includes scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and driving growth across platforms.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive look, feel, and tone of voice across all platforms and content to maintain the agency's and my personal brand’s identity.

Trend Spotting: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies to create viral content and boost engagement.

Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on content performance and engagement metrics to optimize strategies and growth.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation/management (please provide portfolio links).
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Creative and able to think outside the box for engaging content ideas.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the music or wedding industry is a plus.
