Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and lead the marketing team to achieve new milestones.
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels with precision and creativity.
- Strengthen Gymtopia's brand presence through consistent, high-quality marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign metrics, optimize strategies, and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing goals for collective success.
- Manage resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.

Work Hours:
- Regular shift: 8 am - 5 pm PST
- Onboarding: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm PST (2 days)
- Training: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm PST (2-6 days)

Compensation: $950 - $1,200 per month
