ABOUT THE ROLE:
A national aerospace staffing firm based in the United States is looking to add Technical Recruiters who will work remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Pacific Standard Time.

ABOUT YOU:
Are you a rockstar technical recruiter? Do you have any experience recruiting technical roles such as aerospace, government, or engineering? If so, we are hiring technical recruiters who have experience placing candidates in international markets like the United States. The ideal candidate has great English, U.S. staffing experience, and previous experience recruiting in the aerospace sector (engineers, IT, mechanics, and other technicians).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full lifecycle recruiting, including job intake, sourcing, screening, submitting, and offer negotiations
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
- Uses mass email/mass texting/Boolean search to find candidates
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees the candidate interview prep process

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of U.S. or international staffing experience
- At least some aerospace recruiting experience (such as engineers, IT, mechanics, and other technicians).
- Proficiency in mass email, mass texting, and Boolean search
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Bonus: You’ve recruited aircraft engineers (commercial aircraft, military aircraft, business jets, and general aviation aircraft experience required).
- Bonus: You have a ‘Secret’ U.S. Security Clearance.
- Bonus: You have some sales experience as well.
