Talent Coordinator

Seeking an experienced talent coordinator for a UGC ad agency here in Australia. You'll be required to:

- Manage our creator database, we have hundreds of creators but would like to regularly grow this list. You'll find new creators, reach out to them, add them into our database and manage all creator communication.

- Day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring they're on track, sharing briefs, and checking their work deliverables.

- Updating contracts, and reviewing creator content to ensure they're following the briefs they're provided.

- Regularly reporting to the founders on progress, creator updates etc.

- Onboarding creators to our agency via messages and video calls (including teaching them our best practices for filming).

- Building and growing a Creator Community, where tips, tricks, brand opportunities, and more will be posted. We want this to become a go-to resource for any creator.
