Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media & Video Content Specialist to join our real estate team. This role focuses on managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and performing video editing to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media platforms, YouTube/SEO, content scheduling, and video editing. They should also be comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency and be proactive in keeping up with real estate trends and community events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
-Develop and maintain a content calendar using customizable templates from our content membership, with approval from the team.

3. YouTube & SEO Management
-Manage and optimize content for YouTube, ensuring videos are well-tagged, have compelling thumbnails, and are optimized for search.
-Apply basic SEO principles to ensure content reaches the intended audience and ranks well on search engines.
-Track performance analytics on YouTube and other platforms, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
4. Community Engagement & Trend Monitoring
-Monitor social media channels for real estate trends and opportunities to create timely content.
-Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages to build a community presence.
-Identify and share local community events, real estate news, and trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
5. Training & Continuous Improvement
-Utilize Social Agent Pro trainings specific to real estate to enhance skills and apply best practices.
-Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks, increase efficiency, and improve content creation.
Skills & Qualifications
-Strong Communication Skills: Ability to write engaging and informative social media posts and captions.
-Creativity & Visual Storytelling: Ability to design visually appealing graphics and produce engaging videos.
-Proficiency in Social Media Tools: Experience with scheduling platforms in Meta Business Suite and Youtube, content creation in Canva, and video editing software (CapCut/Adobe/etc).
-Video Editing Expertise: Skilled in editing videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality and on-brand content.
-YouTube & SEO Knowledge: Experience managing YouTube channels and optimizing content for search engines.
-Comfort with AI Tools: Ability to utilize AI to streamline workflows and enhance content creation.
-Adaptability: Ability to quickly respond to trends and adjust content strategies as needed.
-Attention to Detail: Ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across platforms.
-Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a range of digital tools and learning new platforms.
-Experience: Preference given to candidates with prior experience in social media management, video editing, or a related field.
