Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will lead Spark Pro Global's overall marketing strategy, driving brand growth, client acquisition, and market positioning. This role will also design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns for Spark Pro Global and its clients.
The Marketing Director will lead a marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and a cohesive strategy across all marketing channels. This position will report to the Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Marketing Strategy and Execution:
-Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that support Spark Pro Global's business objectives.
-Oversee the development of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with the company's growth targets.

2. Campaign Design and Management for Spark Pro Global:
-Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO strategies.
-Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through creative and targeted campaign initiatives.

3. Client Conversion Funnels:
-Designed and implemented optimized sales and lead generation funnels to enhance client acquisition and conversion for both Spark Pro Global and client projects.
-Monitor and refine funnels to ensure high conversion rates, adjusting based on performance data.

4. Client Marketing Campaigns:
-Collaborate with client-facing teams to design, develop, and execute tailored marketing strategies for Spark Pro Global’s clients.
-Provide high-level oversight of client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, measurable results, and client satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership and Development:
-Manage the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
-Provide team members direction, training, and performance feedback, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with organizational goals.

6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
-Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in both Spark Pro Global’s and clients’ marketing efforts.
-Adjust strategies and campaigns based on market insights to maintain a competitive edge in the salon industry.

7. Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
-Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment across various marketing channels.
-Track campaign expenses and provide financial updates to the Executive Leadership Team.

8. Brand Positioning and Growth:
-Lead efforts to strengthen and evolve Spark Pro Global's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Develop long-term brand positioning strategies that differentiate Spark Pro Global from virtual assistant and salon industry competitors.

9. Partnership Development and PR:
-Identify and establish strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunities that can enhance Spark Pro Global’s brand visibility.
-Oversee the development of press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. 4+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a strong background in digital marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
3. Proven ability to design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
6. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.

Preferred:
1. Proficiency with GHL (GoHighLevel) and other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
