Job Summary:

Our Customer Experience Agents are highly detail oriented and passionate about helping others! As a member of our CX team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and delivering detailed information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, SMS, and any other channels Javvy may implement
Understand customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure customer feedback is gathered and dispersed

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in the ecommerce industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Gorgias and Shopify
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a remote environment
