Position Summary:
The Insurance Compliance Coordinator assists in ensuring the company adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements related to insurance operations. This role supports the Compliance Officer in monitoring compliance activities, maintaining records, and preparing reports to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of compliance policies and procedures to meet local, state, and federal insurance regulations.
• Monitor and review internal processes to ensure they comply with legal standards and regulations.
• Prepare, file, and maintain compliance documentation, licenses, and certifications.
• Support audits by gathering and organizing required documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
• Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in training employees on compliance policies and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in responding to compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
40 Hours Per Week
Pay will be sent through TransferWise on a bi-weekly basis
Job Hours are Monday through Friday - 9:00AM-5:00PM EST US
Paid Time Off:
4 Days off, in the first year of employment. Resets every Jan 1st.
