**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive PHP Full Stack Developer with experience in Laravel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in both backend and frontend development to support the creation of our headless application and business platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

**Working Hours:**
Preferred: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEST/AEDT (Melbourne, Australia)

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Full Stack Development:** Build, enhance, and maintain both backend and frontend components of our business platform and point of sales system.
2. **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with the frontend and backend teams to ensure smooth integration of features and seamless user experiences.
3. **Database Optimisation:** Develop efficient and scalable MySQL queries to improve system performance.
4. **API Development:** Design and refine REST APIs using Postman, ensuring seamless system communication.
5. **Cloud Infrastructure Management:** Deploy and manage applications using AWS and Laravel Vapor.
6. **UI/UX Collaboration:** Work alongside the design team to integrate responsive, user-friendly frontend components.
7. **Continuous Improvement:** Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the table to improve our platform.

**Skills Required:**
1. **PHP and MySQL Expertise:** Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
2. **Laravel Mastery:** Extensive experience working with Laravel framework.
3. **Frontend Technologies:** Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS or React.
4. **API Development:** Expertise in developing and refining REST APIs.
5. **Payment Integration:** Familiarity with payment processing using Stripe API.
6. **Cloud Deployment:** Experience with AWS and deployment tools like Laravel Vapor.
7. **Version Control:** Proficient in Git for version control.
8. **UI/UX Skills:** Experience with frontend development, ensuring mobile-friendly and responsive designs.

**Bonus Skills:**
- Familiarity with real-time communication technologies like Pusher or Reverb.
- Knowledge of Python or additional frontend frameworks such as NUXT JS.
