About Us:
We are a luxury real estate team in Oregon and Washington, specializing in high-end residential properties. We’re seeking a skilled and creative Photo and Video Editor to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for editing high-quality real estate photos and videos for listings, property tours, and social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate photos for listings (light adjustments, color correction, etc.)
• Edit property tour videos and create social media reels (Instagram, YouTube)
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual style
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
• Organize and manage digital assets for easy access

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate photo and video editing
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro (or similar)
• Strong eye for color correction, retouching, and video transitions
• Knowledge of editing for Instagram, YouTube, and real estate platforms (MLS)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a reliable internet connection
