Cold Calling | Prospecting Real Estate Home Buyers

We currently run a buyers agency based in Australia. Where we help wealthy and affluent individuals purchase property throughout in Melbourne and Sydney. The two most expensive real estate markets in Australia. If you see this listing it means we are still hiring.

We are looking for an experienced cold-calling professional who has experience cold calling leads and booking appointments for real estate agents, and must have well-spoken English and communication abilities. You will be contacting successful individuals who will pick up on poor English communication. Which requires any candidate to have strong english communication skills. We also provide you with a database of cold leads to contact.

This is a full-time position and your hours will be from Monday - Friday. 9am-6pm.

Compensation: $300 per month AUD + Commission Bonuses of 2% of revenue generated on targets reached.

Example: We help a client buy a property that you brought into the pipeline. We are entitled to $30,000 commission for our services.

You will receive at the end of the month $300 + 2% of $30,000. Totalling your end-of-month pay as $900 AUD.
This example is based on simply one client converting.
