Sales Representative for Accounting Firm

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on finding and developing new client leads for our accounting services. Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach efforts.
Use CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
Clearly communicate our accounting services, including tax, financial statements, payroll, and consulting, to potential clients.
Close sales and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English with minimal accent to ensure clear communication.
Previous experience in sales, preferably within professional services such as accounting or finance.
Familiarity with accounting terms and concepts to effectively present services.
Accounting experience is a big plus and will give you an advantage in understanding client needs.
Strong CRM software experience to manage sales pipeline and client relationships.
Ability to work independently and proactively seek new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
