Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to content creation, and support various marketing activities to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Creation and Execution: Assist in the planning, creating, and managing marketing campaigns across email, sms, and push notifications.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging email content. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ensuring messages are clear, customer-focused, and have persuasive calls-to-action.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels to enhance brand presence and customer experience.

Administration Support: Utilize marketing automation to execute CRM campaigns aligned with our digital strategy.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in a digital marketing role or other relevant position, with a strong portfolio of email marketing, and graphic design work a plus.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience using Klaviyo or other marketing automation tools and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch).

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch).
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Positive, easy-going attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to thrive in a “scrappy” entrepreneurial environment.
