Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
Location: Remote (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST)

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in digital design tools, has a solid understanding of marketing and branding concepts, and has a proven track record of managing social media for businesses. This role involves creating compelling content, engaging with our online community, and staying on top of industry trends to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media content that aligns with our brand strategy and target audience.
- Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Maintain and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram,
- Write compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in voice and style.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain brand relevance.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content remains fresh and engaging.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, tools, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media pages for businesses with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Strong understanding of target market identification and how to create content tailored to specific audiences.
- Proficiency in design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Basic understanding of branding principles and marketing concepts.
- Solid copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, concise, and on-brand content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes in priorities.
- Excellent communication and language skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of online and social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics,
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
