Shopify Theme Specialist (Compliance & Customization)

We are an agency specializing in helping clients build fully compliant e-commerce stores from scratch, focusing on optimizing Shopify themes and ensuring alignment with our 200-point compliance checklist. Our services cater primarily to dropshipping businesses, and we are looking for a dedicated Shopify Theme Specialist to help us create high-quality, policy-compliant sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Theme Customization & Setup:

• Customize and optimize Shopify themes according to our detailed checklist.
• Make adjustments primarily through the Shopify theme editor, but also dive into the code for some issues.
• Ensure themes meet all compliance standards as outlined in our checklist.

• Policy Review & App Settings:

• Review and ensure compliance with key site policies (e.g., privacy, returns, terms & conditions).
• Set up and optimize app integrations and market settings for Shopify stores to ensure a seamless operation.

• Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

• You only work with us and won't have to communicate with the client. To address any issues related to site compliance and technical challenges, you can chat with us. We are a growing brand and want our team to grow with us.

• Task Management & Communication:

• Experience with ClickUp for task management and following detailed checklists.
• Strong communication skills through WhatsApp for real-time updates and team collaboration (Slack is also acceptable, but WhatsApp is preferred).
• Good English proficiency is required for checking policies and correctness and for clear and professional communication with us and the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience working with and customizing Shopify themes.
• Ability to work with both the Shopify theme editor and theme code.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex checklists.
• Experience with app integration and market settings in Shopify.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify stores in a dropshipping environment.
• Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and general e-commerce policies.
