Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Admin Support to join our team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects and support the administrative needs of our construction team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of construction documentation, such as contracts, permits, and project plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction projects, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor and track project expenses and prepare regular financial reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the construction process.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of project management software and tools.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for client meetings.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
