We seek a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive our client acquisition efforts.

WHAT WE NEED IN A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct research to understand potential clients' needs and how our digital marketing services can address their challenges.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate meaningful conversations.
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create personalised outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in digital marketing or a related industry)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a drive to meet and exceed goals
Experience using CRM tools and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Ability to research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
Team player with a collaborative mindset, but also comfortable working independently
Interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow within the industry
