Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with current and new patients, ensuring smooth and efficient communication, and providing top-notch customer service. An understanding of weight loss injections such as Ozempic and Wegovy is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and providing support through online messaging, phone, and email.
Process orders and manage complaints or issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team for seamless care.
Follow up with new and existing patients regarding their treatment plans, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence.
Educate patients on weight loss programs, including the administration and benefits of weight loss injections (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.).
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and departments to provide comprehensive patient care.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a healthcare setting, telemedicine, or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable with technology and proficient in online communication tools and healthcare platforms.
Experience or knowledge of weight loss treatments, including Ozempic and Wegovy, is a plus.
A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
