What You'll Do:

Social Media Management: Post organic, engaging content across social media platforms. Basic to intermediate Canva skills are required to design visually appealing posts that align with our brand voice.
Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. Your writing should reflect our brands tone and build positive relationships with followers.
Affiliate Outreach: Handle affiliate outreach by sending personalized, pre-written emails to contacts based on specific categories. High attention to detail and organizational skills are required to ensure each email reaches the right recipient at the right time.
Who You Are:

Experienced Social Media VA
Customer service experience is a plus
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
A customer service pro with empathy, able to address concerns and engage with followers on social media
Proficient in Canva or similar design tools (basic to intermediate level)
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and respond effectively on social media
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about social media and building genuine connections with online communities
Technical Requirements

High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection).
Noise-canceling headset.
Fast computer.
Power and internet backup.
Work Setup & Expectations

Full-Time Position
Rate: $5 per hour (Negotiable DOE)
Timezone: Eastern or Pacific.
