Salary Range: $ 8.00 - $ 10.00 per hour (PHP 80,000 - 100,000)

The Role
- Update and monitor commission payouts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage partner communication, including responding to inquiries and maintaining the partner inbox.
- Maintain daily performance trackers to monitor key metrics and identify trends.
- Request and provide exclusive promotional codes to partners as needed.
- Update and maintain various trackers, including recruitment, placements, and optimizations.
- Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive monthly recap for internal and client review.
- Upload offers and promotional assets to network platforms to ensure campaigns are live and accurate.
- Help prepare slides for PowerPoint presentations summarizing insights based on Affiliate Marketing data, or key business discussions
- Preparing email newsletters for Affiliate Outreach
- Process placement payments to network platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Download and prepare performance reports using templated deliverables for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and - -- End of Year (EOY) reporting in a proprietary analytics tool.
- Ad hoc analyses for clients (e.g. competitor research)

The Requirements:
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Advanced experience with affiliate network platforms (Commission Junction, Impact, etc.)
- Advanced experience with Brandverity or similar tool
- Excel proficiency (advanced)
- 1+ years experience working in an agency environment
- Experience working with multiple clients/brands

Job details:
