Graphic Designer cum Virtual Assistant (Knowing Animation is a bonus)

We are looking for a highly creative and innovative Graphic & (Animation Designer is a bonus to us) who can effectively use technology to enhance their design work. In addition to design responsibilities, this individual will also serve as a Virtual Assistant, helping with client sourcing and performing administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative work and operational tasks in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging, original and creative graphics and animations for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Use cutting-edge tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3D software, Canva) to produce high-quality visuals.
• Assist in sourcing new clients, performing market research, and generating leads for the business (administrative work)
• Manage various administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and data organization.
• Actively collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas to both design and business strategies.
• Proactively provide feedback and offer ideas to enhance projects and workflow, while bringing a fresh and innovative perspective.
• Able to follow instructions clearly and being detailed with the things that are given to you.

Skills and Requirement:
• Have worked experience for at least 3 years
• Proven Experience in graphic design and animation (please include your portfolio).
• Expertise in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
• A strong grasp of current design trends and techniques in social media and marketing.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy, using latest technology to help in assisting your workload and design (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, Gen AI).
• A proactive, hardworking and open-minded attitude, with a willingness to contribute ideas.
