We're seeking a social media manager to join our team on a part-time basis initially, with potential to switch to full time within the next few months.
We are a small digital marketing agency, wanting to build out a core team of individuals to help us deliver a high-standard of service to our clients. We primarily work within the health & wellness niche and love to work with mission-driven brands to deliver impact.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Industry research into trending topics
- Content brainstorming to generate new ideas
- Creation of social media graphics (using either Figma or Canva)
- Video editing for the creation of short reels / TikTok's (videos filmed by us)
- Post scheduling to ensure consistent posting
- Monitoring of comments and DM's
- Outbound engagement (non-salesy approach)
- Creation of post captions (copywriting) that follows our TOV & is on-brand
- Monitoring of analytics with monthly reviews
- Collaboration with one of our directors on a regular basis
- Management of the following platforms:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in social media / marketing / content creation
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Ability to work within UK morning hours
- Willing to jump on zoom calls with team to collaborate (will be pre-scheduled)
- A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
