Job Summary:
Claimsline Group, a leading claims management company based in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Generalist to join our in-house team. In this versatile role, you will support a variety of digital marketing tasks, from community management video uploads to content creation, while assisting our off-page, content, technical, and PR teams as needed.
While in-depth domain knowledge and experience are not required for this role, we value a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn new tools, skills, and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Community Management: Engage with and manage online communities across social media and relevant platforms, fostering a positive brand presence.
• Forum Posting: Participate in online discussions on forums related to our industry to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all channels, helping to build and protect our brand image.
• Social Media Management & Updates: Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts, responding to comments and messages while staying on top of platform trends.
• Content Creation: Design social media graphics, write captions, and develop other creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Blog Posting: Assist in publishing blog posts on our websites, ensuring they are SEO-optimized and aligned with our content strategy.
• AI-Generated Content: Curate, generate, and edit AI-driven content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Video Uploads & Management: Manage and upload video content for TikTok and YouTube accounts. Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve engagement and reach.
• Research & Data Encoding: Conduct basic research and data input tasks, helping our marketing efforts with up-to-date information.
• Assist the Marketing Team: Support off-page SEO, content, technical, and PR teams by assisting with various tasks and initiatives.
• Other Marketing Tasks: As needed, assist with any additional digital marketing responsibilities to support the team’s goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• An overall positive and proactive attitude. Must have.
• High level of resourcefulness and accountability.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to meet the needs of our specialist roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media & blogging platforms
• Basic graphic design skills for content creation (using tools like Canva or similar).
• Willingness to learn and work with AI-generated content tools.
• Ability to perform basic research and data encoding tasks.
• High level of resourcefulness, autonomy, and accountability.
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., FB Business Manager, Youtube Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Familiarity with blog posting and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles or digital marketing.
• Google sheet experience, pivot table knowledge is an added advantage.
Working Conditions
• Location: Remote
• Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 50,000 per month
• Hours: Flexi-working hours, 9am-5pm UK Monday to Friday.
1 hour paid break
• No time tracking softwares/screenshots. Work is project managed in Asana/slack.
