The Role

You’ll be the right hand to the CEO of a growing US-based marketing agency, helping keep things running smoothly from behind the scenes. This is a remote, full-time role with night shift hours (7 AM – 4 PM EST, Tuesday to Saturday) – perfect for night owls who thrive in the quiet hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the CEO's lifeline: Respond to Slack messages within 1-3 minutes during your shift
Stay on top of tasks: Manage calendars, reminders, emails, and other admin responsibilities
Support marketing tasks: Bonus points if you have experience with Canva
Stay focused and committed: No distractions, full attention during your shift (we mean it)
Use your tech skills: Familiarity with basic tools & technology is essential
