Need Blurring Effect For My Youtube Video

Hello! I am a youtuber and looking for an efficient editor who can blur out parts of my video, these parts need to be blurred properly and any split second of unblur will not be allowed. I need someone who is great at blurring out small parts in my video. If work is done great, i will hire you part time to be my main editor.
