QUALITY CONTROLLER

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all apparel products meet quality standards throughout the production and export process. This role involves overseeing the quality of design files before they are sent to print, ensuring accurate colors, dimensions, and print placement, as well as inspecting physical garments for construction and finish quality.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain quality inspection standards, including creating checklists, guidelines, and procedures.
• Inspect design files before sending to printers, ensuring color accuracy, layout alignment, and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with Creative team, to resolve any quality issues before production.
• Document and report all quality issues and track defect rates to identify trends and areas for improvement, and communicate finding with management and relevant departments.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, including AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling for garments and prints.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Apparel Production, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control within the apparel industry, preferably with print or textile experience.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to review and check files before printing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
