Client Account Manager

We are looking for a talented person to join our team to handle GoHighLevel and handle client accounts. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong English skills since this position involves communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client accounts with a focus on delivering top-notch service and support.
- Utilize GHL and HubSpot to optimize client interactions and streamline processes.
- Set up and manage webinars using Easy Webinar, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct synchronized meetings and manage asynchronized work schedules effectively within the Eastern Time Zone.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in GHL, HubSpot, and Easy Webinar.
+ Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to lead task management.
+ Curiosity and logical thinking to solve problems effectively.
+ Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and exhibit proactive communication.
