Essay editing coach for college admission essays

I am a co-founder of a college admissions coaching business in the USA. We're creating a community where students who need help with writing their college essays can come and get feedback on their college essay edits. We are hosting the community on Skool, and students can post their questions in the community and join group calls on Zoom.

What I'm looking for is someone who is good at teaching/coaching and can help students on editing their essays. You will be active in the community, helping students through seeing what they are posting and also doing group coaching calls. As of now, what we plan is hosting group coaching calls a few times a week (times are TBD, but we are thinking of doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5PM Pacific Standard Time, Saturday & Sunday 1 PM Pacific Standard Time). Students will come into the group coaching calls, and they will take turns showing you their essay drafts/revisions to get your feedback and help to make their essays better. Students will also post in the community what they need help with and you will provide answers to their questions. Essentially, you are playing a mix of the coaching role, customer success role, and editor role.
